Presents the findings of the Ethics Commissioner resulting from an investigation into allegations of conflict of interest involving Deputy Minister of Health Dr. Carl Amrhein and his involvement with Pure North S'Energy Foundation (Pure North). The Ethics Commissioner found that Dr. Amrhein did not breach the provisions of the Public Service Act or the Code of Conduct of Ethics for the Public Service.
