The Alberta government engaged with stakeholders in in July and August 2020 to gather input into proposed changes to the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act to improve health and safety outcomes, reduce unnecessary administration, make requirements easy to understand and apply, and empower work site parties and promote internal responsibility. This report gathers stakeholder input that was used to inform proposed changes to the Act.
