The Commercial Vehicle Dimension and Weight Regulation regulates the weights, dimensions and configurations of commercial vehicles being operated on Alberta’s highways. The Regulation balances road infrastructure impacts, road safety, and public safety concerns with efficiencies related to the commercial transportation industry. The Regulation is set to expire July 1, 2027.

The annual amounts payable by the province under any future agreement to contribute funding towards Edmonton LRT projects are established.
