Presents the findings of an investigation into a workplace fatality in the public administration education and health services sector that occurred in August, 2012. A peace officer following up on a dog/land use complaint had an altercation with the tenant, who overcame peace officer and put him in the back of his patrol vehicle. The tenant transported the peace officer to a Calgary Police Service station where he was found to be unresponsive. The tenant was criminally charged by CPS.
