An updated Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act) and revised regulations took effect Dec. 1, 2021. The new legislation eliminates duplication and moves requirements from other pieces of legislation into the OHS Act and Code. This bulletin highlights where some of the requirements from the previous legislation have moved to in the new Dec. 1, 2021 versions.
