The purpose of the four-year high school flexibility enhancement project is to determine if the requirement of students to have access to 25 hours of face-to-face instruction per course credit should be maintained. Participating high schools have the opportunity to organize their schools without the current time requirement, leading to the potential for significant redesign and innovation.
