Decision of the assistant executive director of the Alberta Serious Incident Response Team following an investigation into the circumstances surrounding an arrest and detention by the Lakeshore Regional Police Service (LRPS) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) the day before. ASIRT designated two as subject officers, with notice to each. ASIRT’s investigation is now complete.
