Two Ministerial Orders (MO) for Public Lands Fees, Rents and Other Amounts Payable were recently signed to update the fees for the Grazing Rental Rates Framework (MO 05/2024) and the Commercial Trail Riding (CTR) permits (MO 61/2023). Currently two MOs exist with different and conflicting information (one with the CTR change but old grazing rental rate, and one with the new rental rates but old CTR rates); neither order reflects the change made in the other order. MO 09/2024 incorporates the previously approved Grazing Rental Rates Framework and the Commercial Trail Riding permit fee changes.

The Act repeals the Nursing Homes Act, Supportive Living Accommodation Licensing Act, Long Term Care Information Act, and Resident and Family Councils Act.
