Ce recueil vise donc à servir d’outil utile pour : présenter un aperçu des nombreux projets et pratiques novateurs et fructueux de l’ICTA qui ont été mis en oeuvre par les provinces et les territoires, ainsi que décrire et diffuser les leçons apprises; aider les P/T ou les promoteurs de projet à reproduire les modèles de l’ICTA pour d’autres populations ou d’autres programmes relatifs au marché du travail pour les travailleurs âgés; fournir des sources supplémentaires de connaissances sur le programme afin de compléter l’information produite par d’autres moyens, notamment les études d’évaluation, les présentations lors d’atelier et les portraits partagés par les P/T.

Recruitment and retention of youth is an important issue for policy makers and employers. The objective of this report is to provide a better understanding of youth workers in Canada and Alberta along with results from the 2013 Calgary and Area Employer Survey around youth recruitment and retention practices.
