Bien que cette ressource soit spécialement conçue pour favoriser le rétablissement après une catastrophe naturelle, une grande partie de l’information et bon nombre de stratégies peuvent être applicables à la planification et à l’intervention lors d’autres types de catastrophes ou de situations d’urgence.
