Under the notice, operation of a KMG manufactured Fireball ride or similar rides manufactured by KMG in Alberta was not allowed until the Administrator of Elevating Devices, Amusement Rides and Passenger Ropeways for the Province of Alberta is satisfied that safety issues with these rides have been resolved and public safety is assured.
