The Exploration Regulation stipulates that written notification must be provided to the relevant land authorities and holders of forest management agreements and timber licenses upon the commencement, temporary suspension, and completion of an approved exploration program. The manner and format of that notification is set forth in the requirements and procedure of this directive.
