Director's order imposed on B Wise Contractors 2012 Ltd., Peter Urkow and Rick Lacasse to ensure that all prepaid contracts are in writing and include the terms required by the Prepaid Contracting Business Licensing Regulation and Consumer Protection Act, and to ensure that section 31(2) of the Consumer Protection Act is complied with and therefore, within 15 days after a direct sales contract is cancelled, refund all money paid by the consumer.
