This tool kit was developed by the Government of Alberta to help business owners and their employees understand and comply with the Employment Standards Code and Regulation. It provides information about the minimum standards for employment in Alberta, including the rules effective January 1, 2018. It also includes examples and detailed information on how employment standards apply to employers.
