This annual publication reports on the results of annual surveys conducted to collect information on the number of out-of-province individuals who apply to work in regulated occupations in Alberta, and to monitor the effectiveness of labour mobility provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) that support movement of certified workers across Canada.

The report also aims to provide contextual analysis on graduate earnings by credential and field of study.

These datasets track the percentage of students that completed any credential program within the completion timeline given the number of students in the completing cohort by institutions and credential-program type combination. The datasets thus employ a "backward tracking" algorithm to determining completion rates: cohorts are determined by the year the students are supposed to complete their programs, not by the year they start their programs. Separate datasets are provided at the institutional level and sector level for all students and for full-time students.
