Presents the findings and recommendations of the Transforming the Advanced Education System Subcommittee, which was tasked with developing a series of policy strategies and recommendations to support the vision and policy directions identified through the A Learning Alberta initiative. The Subcommittee developed recommendations on three important aspects of the system: funding, quality, and accountability; affordability for learners; and innovation, research, and technology.
