Presents the institutional mandate of Northern Lakes College as approved by the Minister of Advanced Education on January 27, 2015. Northern Lakes College facilitates programs and educational services in a large rural region of Northern Alberta. It is one of 11 comprehensive community institutions in the province, which provide a broad range of programs that prepare learners for employment or for further study.
