To better understand the climate of sexual and gender-based violence experienced by post-secondary students in Alberta, the Campus Climate Survey on Sexual and Gender-based Violence commissioned a survey across 26 publicly-funded Alberta post-secondary institutions. This report summarizes the responses to the survey.

Alberta’s post-secondary institutions play a key role in attracting and developing the talent and skills Alberta needs now and in the future. Alberta’s International Education Strategy: A Post-Secondary Approach to Attracting and Developing Global Talent was developed in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the province has a pipeline of global talent to support the provincial economy for decades to come. The strategy includes key actions government will undertake to support Alberta’s international education sector.

Provides policy direction for post-secondary institutions and other adult learning providers that reflects and supports the Adult Learning System Vision and Principles. This includes policy direction on institutional roles, mandates, relationships with each other, with government, and to some extent with their communities. The framework differentiates the publicly-funded post-secondary system in Alberta into six sectors and assigns each of the 26 publicly-funded institutions to one of the sectors, providing descriptions of the programming, research and collaboration mandates of each sector.
