Description
Explains the Immediate Roadside Sanctions Program, which imposes immediate sanctions on a driver if a peace officer has reasonable grounds to believe that a driver has a blood alcohol concentration of 50 to 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Includes information on appealing an immediate roadside sanction.
