In October 2016 the Government of Alberta established the Energy Diversification Advisory Committee to provide advice to the government on additional steps the province could take to build a more diversified and resilient energy economy. The Committee was tasked with reviewing current analytical work, engaging with targeted audiences, soliciting feedback from the public, and providing advice to the Minister of Energy based on this work. This report presents the findings of the Committee and makes 36 recommendations to the government based on its findings.
