Cost and return benchmarks for crops and forages : Peace Region (thin black soil zone)

Description

The Economics and Competitiveness Branch of Agriculture and Forestry collects cost of production information annually from Alberta producers and uses this information to generate cropping benchmarks for the major soil zones of Alberta. Annual benchmark reports enable producers to compare their productive, economic and financial performance to similar farming operations locally and provincially. This report contains cost and return information, and farm level financial performance for the Peace Region (thin black soil zone). Please note: Peace Region reports for the 2016 and 2018 crop seasons are being revised. The reports will be re-posted shortly.
