Alberta School Boards Association Act

Description

The Alberta School Boards Association Act renames the former Alberta School Trustees' Association as the Alberta School Boards Association (ASBA). The Act establishes ASBA objects, powers and purposes; identifies eligibility criteria for membership in ASBA; and, parameters for borrowing. It also enables ASBA to pass bylaws on certain matters.
