This Fourth Edition of the Technical Standards and Specifications Manual has been updated to reflect changes to technical standards, which have occurred since 1991. This manual is issued in accordance with provisions of Section 2(1) of the Gas Distribution Act and should therefore be considered as having the same authority as the Act.
