Director's Order imposed on Parklawn Granite and Bronze Ltd., Marjorie Snodgrass, Larry W. Snodgrass, Phillip Snodgrass, and any employee, representative, or agent of Parklawn Granite and Bronze Ltd. to immediately cease entering into or soliciting to enter into cemetery pre-need contracts until such time as Parklawn Granite and Bronze Ltd. obtains a cemetery Pre-need Contract Sales Business Licence as required under section 43(2)(a) of the Cemeteries Act.
