Results from an aerial ungulate survey conducted in Alberta’s Wildlife Management Unit 732 (CFB Suffield) from February 16-18, 2022. The objective of the survey was to assess the status of the elk population by determining population size and age-sex composition. Additionally updated population numbers will be used to confirm the progress of elk hunting in controlling population growth.
